This large platter contains a selection of fine cheeses (a minimum of four varieties), three cubed cheeses, salami, garlic-infused summer sausage, dried apricots and dates, walnuts, chocolate covered almonds, sweety drop peppers, aged prosciutto, Dijon mustard, jalapeno jelly, and a variety of crackers.
