Squash Ravioli

Homemade ravioli typical of the city of Mantua in Northeastern Italy: filled with autumn delicatta squash, Mostarda di frutta (candied fruit mix) and Amaretti di Saronno. Topped with a brown butter sauce, fresh sage, wild harvest chanterelle mushrooms, and toasted walnuts.
