Potato, eggs, shredded cheese, barbacoa, avocado. Traditional Mexican barbacoa made from Angus beef cooked slowly and covered with maguey leaves. Comes in homemade corn tortillas. Made to order. Green tortillas are made with fresh spinach & red with fresh beets.
