A bed of seasonal mixed greens, with diced tomatoes, crisp slices of cucumber, julienne carrots and red onions, topped with shredded mozzarella. Choice of dressing: Spicy Italian Vinaigrette, Creamy Italian, Ranch, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Jalapeno Ranch or Blue Cheese.
