Caldo De Res

A delicious and comforting traditional Mexican stew. Made with tender pieces of beef with a mixture of vegetables such as carrots, cilantro, potatoes, cabbage, squash and a special touch of Mexican herbs cooked over low heat. Served with side of rice and tortillas.
