Vegetarian Nachos

Six crispy corn tortilla halves topped with black beans, jack cheese, butternut squash, zucchini, mushrooms, grilled onions, and red and green bell peppers. Served with a side of pickled jalapenos, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Drizzled with sour cream.
